The Birthday Boy

Jett is now three years old!

We had a wonderful party ~ Cars themed, of course ~ with lots of friends, family & seven kids plus baby Leigha.

Jett got lots of new books & toys & had so much fun playing with his friends.

Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving but since I was so busy running around like a turkey with its head cut off I only took photos before & after ~ not during.

We had 16 at our house & Jett was so exhausted from playing with his cousins all day that he fell asleep eating a banana at about 6:20pm. He slept until after 6:30am the next morning.

Here's Jett asleep in the chair & our house beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

We took Jett to Subway Cave again this weekend & this time we remembered the flashlights so we could actually go through the whole cave. He was a bit apprehensive at first but when he realized that Mom, Dad & Bogey were going on without him he caught up in a hurry.

Subway Cave

Last weekend Mike & I took Jett to Subway Cave at Hat Creek.

We had so much fun & Jett's becoming quite the little hiker!

Watching Payton

Last week Jett & I got to spend a few days watching Payton.

Although it was hard work having them both, we absolutely loved having her stay with us. I even managed to load them both in the car & take them for coffee & smoothies ~ drive-thru, of course.

Mom stayed the night both nights & made the visit even more fun.

Halloween

Here's my roaring Lion.

He loved Trick or Treating this year although he did have a scare at a house down the street from my parents' where they had some frightening decorations.

After he visited about 12 houses & got a pumpkin full of candy he seemed to enjoy handing out candy to the other Trick or Treaters almost as much as he liked getting it.

We can't wait to take Payton with us next year!
